Free free market

This past week, I had been collecting all of the things that I thought I did not need and which could be used by someone else. It's an amazing event that I look forward to attending- the really free market, held every first Saturday of the month. A group of wonderful people came up with this great event and it has been a great hit with many people of various socio-economic backgrounds. The idea is not new apparently, it has been held in various places around the world according to Wikipedia. So what does it involve? Basically, it's just a matter of swapping any items that you think are useful - and it's really amazing how many odd, useful, cute, necessary items there can be... So the next time you find your self cleaning out your closet, consider checking out a free market near you or start one up in your area! If you are in the Toronto area- check it out at Campbell community park- I'll post the address later- it's near Lawnsdown station. Remember: someone's trash, can be someone else's treasure.

Address:

Campbell Park is on Campbell Avenue, North of Wallace Avenue and South of Antler Street, a 7 min. walk from Landsdowne Station.
